Margaret is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1978. She is a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy. Margaret has special training and expertise in Solution Focused therapies and trauma recovery as well as eating disorders, mood disorders, panic attacks, anxiety, agoraphobia, compulsive behavior, phobias, grief issues, and stress management
Monica Mason, MS, LPC
Monica is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a wide range of psychotherapy experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has special expertise in marital and couples counseling, women's issues, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), and child and adolescent behavioral problems.
Dorothy Dow, RN, LCSW
Dorothy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practiced in the field of Psychiatric Nursing before becoming Director of Training at DePaul Hospital and starting her private practice in psychotherapy. Dorothy's areas of expertise include: individual therapy, group therapy , family therapy, women's issues, anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, and grief.
Terri Kading-Wheeler, MSW, LCSW
Terri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1993. She has extensive experience and training in treating family issues involving children (as young as preschool) and adolescents with challenging behaviors, motivational and discipline problems. She also treats anxiety and mood disorders. Her specialties include the use of a Solution-Oriented Brief therapy model in helping adults, families and couples to develop workable solutions to everyday problems.
Carole Della Pia, ACSW, LCSW
Carole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a practicing psychotherapist with over 17 years experience. She assists individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with a variety of issues including: suicidal or troubled children and adolescents, incest and sexual abuse, eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia, chronic mental illness, life changes (divorce, remarriage, empty nest, job loss, death or dying)
As an additional service for our clients, our Psychiatrist is available at our clinic on a limited basis for Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, and Consultations.
Dr. Donald M. Jacobson, MD
Donald M. Jacobson, MD. obtained his medical degree from Vanderbilt University. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Illinois in Chicago and is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Jacobson has been practicing psychiatry for 20 years and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Loyola University. Dr. Jacobson specializes in the areas of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, dissociation, and personality disorders, and has lectured frequently on these topics both here and abroad.
